General terms and conditions
These terms apply to orders placed in this online shop.
This is a translation for your convenience; the German version is legally binding.
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to all orders by consumers in this shop. Your contract partner is Alexander Seifert – E-Commerce, Kolpingweg 6, 82216 Maisach, Deutschland.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart.
The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed; we then send you an order confirmation by email. If an item is exceptionally not available after all, we tell you and refund any payment without delay.
3. Contract language, contract text and input errors
The contract language is German; English texts are translations. We do not keep the contract text for you to retrieve later: the order confirmation email contains your order, and these terms remain available here.
Before ordering you can check and correct your cart and your details at any time.
4. Prices, shipping and payment
All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under the small business rule of § 19 UStG. We ship within Germany only. Shipping is free.
Card payment and the express methods Stripe provides, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, where they are available on your device. The amount is authorised when you order and collected once we have secured your shirts.
5. Delivery
We deliver by DHL within Germany, usually within 3 to 5 working days after your payment is confirmed. Large orders may arrive in several parcels at no extra cost.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal; see our withdrawal policy. If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
8. Liability for defects
The statutory rights for defects apply.
9. Customer account and profit participation
A customer account is optional and free. With the order code from your confirmation you can link a purchase to your account, see its figures and help decide how the profit from your purchases is reinvested in the business. This is a voluntary feature: it gives no claim to payment, interest, a share in the business or a transfer to another account, and balances stay in the business.
10. Dispute resolution and applicable law
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless this deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where you habitually reside.
